Ruby Polanco, Owner
Ms. Polanco holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. She has been a makeup artist for 11 years.
In 2006 she launched Ruby Cosmetics and the Ruby Makeup Academy. She is still a working makeup artist in Hollywood.
Her recent credits this year include magazine covers for: Wiz Khalifa, Shaquille O'Neil, Stev-O, FHM and Maxim.

Brenda Orduno
Makeup Instructor
Brenda is a California native, born and raised in the Los Angeles area. After she graduated from high school she started cosmetology school but soon discovered that her true passion was makeup. She specializes in beauty and high fashion. Her recent credits include: Stev-O from the Jack Ass movie. Brenda spent a day with Stev-0 and photographer Michael Vincent to produce the cover photo for Skinnie Magazine and the jacket photo for Stev-O's upcoming book tour. Playboy Playmate, Jenna Bentley. Brenda's work with Jenna was featured on a billboard ad campaign that ran throughout Los Angeles.
Trish Gonzales-Grimes
Owner
Ms. Grimes holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Cal State San Bernardino.
She runs the day-to-day business of the Corporation and oversees operations at all three of the Academy locations.
